Baader 200 - 84
The Baader 200 processes gutted and headed fish with and without collar bone. This machine is setup for Salmon and is able to handle fish from abt. 1.5 to 5.5 kg(=h&g) based on how the machine is adjusted. Running up to 35fish/min.
The fish are fed through the tools in such a manner that the fillets are not submitted to any stress which is a prerequisite for smooth surface of the cut. This version produces both fillets with and without collar bone, and after adaptation, salmon sides on which the rib bones are retained.
Salmon h&g- from 1.5 to 5.5 kg
15-35 fish/min depending upon the type of fish.
